Guidomexo operates a real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to collectively invest in real estate development projects in Chile. Our services include:

Eligibility

To use our investment services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a tax resident of Chile or be authorized to invest in Chile
• Provide valid and verifiable identification information
• Meet identity verification requirements (KYC)

Investments

Investments made through Guidomexo are subject to risks inherent in the real estate market. You acknowledge that:

• The value of investments may increase or decrease
• Past returns do not guarantee future results
• You may lose part or all of your investment
• Projects may experience delays or modifications

User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Guidomexo SpA or its licensors and is protected by Chilean and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Guidomexo SpA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these terms or for operational, regulatory, or security reasons. In case of termination, your active investments will continue under their original terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the rules of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM Santiago).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. The courts of Santiago, Chile shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not submitted to arbitration.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
